Short Term: (Reservations less than 30 days)
First night's rent is due at the time our reservation is made.
Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to your arrival.
A $25 fee will apply. A no-show or failure to cancel will result in a forfeit of one night's rent.
*Long Term (Reservations over 30 days)
1/2 months's rent is due at the time your reservation is made. Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to your arrival. A $25 fee will apply. A no-show or failure to cancel will result in the forfeit of 1/2 months rent.
